I will guide you through yoga, meditation, and other exercises that all aim to calm your nervous system & create the best conditions for your digestion.

Private yoga classes
I offer private yoga classes (in-person and/or online) tailored just for you. For those looking to deepen their practice, individuals with specific needs or injuries, private events, and for you and your company.
6-week course: GutFlow
Are you experiencing stomach pain, constipation, bloating, a 'nervous' stomach, and/or stress associated with these challenges? Whether you're dealing with a few or many symptoms related to the digestive system, this program can support you on your journey. In this 6-week online program, I will guide you through yoga sequences, breathing exercises, meditations, and relaxations, all aimed at calming the nervous system, supporting your digestion, and reducing mental clutter – while also providing you with tools to e.g. manage pain and anxiety associated with digestive issues.
